How to plan language training for your officials

Throughout Europe, language education is being standardised on the basis of the Common Reference Scale of the European Common Framework, with a levels system against which all kinds of language education can be measured. The most important tool for achieving this is the EUROPEAN LANGUAGE PORTFOLIO.
