Teaching jobs in the EAQUALS network: why you should work for an EAQUALS school

EAQUALS is one of the very few accreditation procedures which provides proper protection for staff. The inspection checks schools respect of the EAQUALS Staff Charter, which guarantees fair and legal contracts and working conditions, and requires that schools should provide on-going training and development. There is an EAQUALS Ombudsman who can help to deal with any conflicts between employer and employees which cannot be handled locally.
