Support for managers

EAQUALS offers various kinds of support to managers of its member and would-be member institutions in addition to the CEFR-related resources. In particular, self-help guides have been developed for three main topics:

• Managing & appraising staff  
• Teacher observation and development 
• Introducing the EAQUALS -ALTE ELP 

EAQUALS Management training seminars:

• Quality in the Language School (Bell International) 
• Managing the Teaching Team (Eurocentres) 
• Staff Training and Development (International House) 
• Managing Assessment in the Language School (Cambridge ESOL) 
• Marketing the Language School (Goethe Institut)

These were prepared for EAQUALS a to a standard format by staff working for or on behalf of institutions mentioned above. They are materials for use in face-to-face seminars, and comprise:

• A module for participants 
• A trainer's guide 
• Handouts and presentation materials for before and during the seminar

EAQUALS can provide a consultant/trainer to run the seminars.
