Centre of English Studies was founded in 1979 and has two year round centres in Dublin city. In 2007 CES was delighted to be awarded the LTM Star English Language School - Europe Award. We were shortlisted for this award again in 2008 and 2009.

CES was founded in 1979 and over the last 30 years has grown to be one of Ireland’s most successful English Language Organisations. CES is recognised by the Irish Department of Education. The CES Adult Centre comprises two city centre buildings where our clients are offered the comfort, professionalism and service today’s learners expect. We have a total of 25 classrooms, Cafe, Student common room, Computer Room, Language Laboratory, roof top gardens and cinema room. Accommodation is arranged in host-families of the highest standards and also in CES self-catering apartments, university campus, hostel, hotel and guesthouse. CES has an experienced and caring academic and administrative staff. The care of the clients who come to CES is of paramount importance. The combination of well planned courses, a welcoming atmosphere and a good social programme ensures that all our students get the full benefit of their stay in Ireland in a friendly international environment.
