The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany. For more than 50 years we have fostered the knowledge of German and intercultural exchanges around the world. We offer German courses at every level all year round along with optimal preparation for our internationally recognised examinations. Our individual consultation and service will ensure your success. All courses include an extensive cultural and leisure-time programme, accommodation booking services and free access to our self-learning centres.
The Goethe-Institut Bonn is housed in a historic mansion under heritage protection, typical of the Bad Godesberg district, which is also home of two of Bonn's many theatres. The institute, which has its own hostel immediately adjacent to it, is centrally located in quiet surroundings across from one of Bonn's many municipal parks. The institute has another guesthouse, also situated in Bad Godesberg, and can accommodate students with families in Bonn. Cologne (20 minutes) and Düsseldorf (40 minutes) are within easy reach.
