The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany. For more than 50 years we have fostered the knowledge of German and intercultural exchanges around the world. We offer German courses at every level all year round along with optimal preparation for our internationally recognised examinations. Our individual consultation and service will ensure your success. All courses include an extensive cultural and leisure-time programme, accommodation booking services and free access to our self-learning centres.
The history of Schwäbisch Hall, a former free imperial city, extends back nearly one thousand years. Today it is the most important cultural and economic centre between Stuttgart and Nuremberg. The Goethe-Institut is located in a spacious, historic building in the pedestrian precinct of the beautiful historic city centre. The modern guesthouses with parking are a five-minute walk from the institute. The lively cultural and artistic scene features summer theatre, an alternative cinema, numerous pubs and the Würth Museum, which is well worth seeing. The nearby "castle route" and many interesting companies present numerous opportunities for excursions and tours.
