AVO-Bell, Sofia was established in 1990. We run a wide range of courses: Young Learners, General English for adults and teenagers at all levels from beginner to C2, Cambridge Exams preparation, English for Communication, Business English and English for specific purposes, including in-company tailor made courses.
AVO-3 was established in 1990. We joined the Bell Educational Trust, UK in 2001 and changed our name to AVO-Bell, Sofia. We are a Founder Member of OPTIMA - The Bulgarian Association for Quality Language Services and our first EAQUALS inspection was in 2007. This was a very exciting exeprience and we are very pround with the result - two points of Excellence in the Categories Academic Management Course Delivery and Academic Management Quality Assurance. AVO-Bell has 3 venues in the centre of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, with 24 classrooms, all of them equipped with the very latest IT resources. We run a wide range of courses: young learners, General English for adults and children at all levels from beginner to C2, Cambridge Exams preparation, English for Communication, Business English and English for specific purposes, including in-company tailor made courses. Our pass rates for Cambridge ESOL exams are extremely high and well above the average for the country. AVO-Bell is an authorised CELTA, DELTA and Cambridge ESOL Examinations Centre. In 2005 the school became a founder member of PROSPERA, the Bulgarian Association of Consultants in Study Abroad. In this capacity, it aids students in their selection of suitable courses, qualifications and institutions abroad.
