The ELT classroom has developed and evolved over the years and it’s exciting to see where the future will take us. However, progress doesn’t mean abandoning the past so in this hands-on workshop, we’ll try out some time-tested activities which helped to shape what ELT has become so far. These ideas bring together more than just language: motivation, learner autonomy, reflection – a humanistic approach that will still be key in the classrooms of the future.
