Eaquals “Training for Excellence” event took place on 22nd & 23rd of November 2019 in Krakow, Poland.
This year our event began with our opening plenary delivered by Liam Brown on “Customer Focused Working – ways of paying attention to what matters”. Attendees had then the opportunity to attend two full days of training on two particular strands, benefitting from the expertise and knowledge of the trainers.
Eaquals Training for Excellence 2019 focused on the following four strands:
