EF Teach online are using VEO with online lesson recordings to create a clear record of critical incidents in the classroom, classified in terms of our observation rubric framework. In this presentation David will share how this is enabling us to give a new level of consistency to teacher observations and feedback as well as providing strong guidance to the pedagogic development of new lesson formats. David will also touch on how EF maintain the confidentiality, safeguarding, GDPR and contractual obligations.
