Özlem Baykan
Özlem Baykan works as an instructor at Özyeğin University School of Languages. She holds BA and MA degrees in ELT, DELTA, and M.Sc. in Educational Leadership. Besides more than 15 years in ELT, she had various roles such as being a Team Leader and a Level Coordinator. She also provides service as a CELTA trainer; an EAQUALS Inspector, a CEA Commissioner, and as a committee member of IATEFL LAMSIG.
