I have been ‘in’ learning and development in ELT all my working life, as a teacher, manager, trainer, speaker, writer and consultant working on achieving excellence at work.
After a career with the British Council, latterly as Learning and Development Manager, I am based now in Portugal, working with ELT institutions worldwide to build capability in communication, customer service and people-friendly management.
