Arum Perwitasari, Ph.D. works as an Institutional Relations Specialist EMEA at ETS Global Amsterdam. She is an experienced educator, linguist, and researcher. Her research interest includes speech recognition, second language acquisition and bilingualism. She has been actively involved in ELT and Higher Education organizations. Recently, she cofounded and started off as a content creator @Teaching Online with AJ, a YouTube channel to teach and learn English.

Yasemin Arşın
Yasemin Arşın has been working as an Academic Relations and ELT Coordinator at ETS Global Istanbul since August 2016. She is responsible for coordinating outreach activities for the TOEFL iBT® and GRE® tests towards test takers in Turkey and English language teachers across the world. She is a certified trainer for the TOEFL® Young Students Series (YSS) and TOEFL iBT®Propell® workshops. She holds a BA degree in American Culture and Literature from İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University and an English Language Teaching Certificate from Hacettepe University. She taught general and academic English to students, ranging from children to adults, in a variety of educational institutions in Ankara for ten years, before she started working for ETS Global.
