Conflict generates a high level of energy which we can either harness for the benefit of the team, or we can let it destroy the team. When we deal with conflict within a team, our effectiveness will depend on understanding conflict in general, the emotions which play an important role in any confrontation, as well as on the tools we have developed to deal with these challenges.
In the webinar we will examine two emotions most closely associated with conflict: anger and fear, and look into ways of dealing with them. We will talk about the benefits of well-managed confrontation and try out some effective techniques for managing conflict.
