Language Centre of Krakow University of Economics

The Language Centre is an integral part of the Cracow University of Economics, which provides language services for other departments of the University. There are three language sections: English, German and Romance, Slavic and Oriental Languages (comprising French, Spanish, Italian, as well as Polish as a Foreign Language, and Chinese). The Centre's approach to teaching foreign languages is eclectic and aims at combining theoretical knowledge with the practical skills necessary in the world of business. The focus is on developing students’ language and communication competencies combined with elements of CLIL (content and language integrated learning).
