International House Torquay

International House Torquay was established in 1972, and in any year welcomes over 1,000 students from more than 40 countries. Groups are small (maximum 4 or 12 students) and emphasis is placed on challenging students to progress as quickly as possible in a friendly and supportive environment. We aim to do all we can to help students progress as quickly, by checking their study history, current situation and plans and ambitions. Courses are offered in General English, Intensive English, IELTS, Cambridge Exams, TOLES, Discover Devon 50+, English for Families, Young Learner Academy. Torquay is an attractive, lively coastal town, two-and-half hours from London by train.
