Silvana Richardson

Silvana Richardson is the Head of Education at Bell Educational Services and Academic Director of Bell Teacher Academy. She has over 36 years’ experience and during this time, she held different roles and provided guidance and support to many teachers, trainers, leaders, and a broad range of teaching institutions including the English Department for Education and Ministries of Education.

Silvana held several leadership and advisory roles which allowed her to work at a strategic level, developing valuable skills and applying her expertise into how language teaching organisations can create long lasting and life changing impacts for their learners.

Moreover, as a former quality assurance inspector, she has a deep understanding of the objectives Eaquals is trying to achieve and the high standards it demands, so that its members can attain its highly regarded badge of quality.
