Thom Kiddle

Thom Kiddle is Director at Norwich Institute for Language Education in the UK. He has been a teacher and teacher trainer since 1997, working in Portugal, Australia, Thailand, Chile and the UK. Thom has worked at NILE since 2011 and is responsible for strategic development, operational management, the NILE Online teacher development platform and the NILE Members Area. He has been an active member of Eaquals since 2011, contributing to conferences and Eaquals Professional Development Group projects. He has published in Applied Linguistics, System and Language Assessment Quarterly journal, and a number of chapters in educational resource books for teachers and managers.
