  • Please complete the form below.

    Choose a short title for your session (max 10 words), and provide an abstract (max 200 words), accurately describing the aims and contents of your workshop or presentation and explaining how it meets the selection criteria above.

    The Conference Programme Committee will use the criteria in the selection process so make sure it meets our requirements. Abstracts of selected proposals will appear in the conference programme.

    Submit your proposal before 12.00pm (UK time) on 30th September 2026.

  • Timing of sessions

    Presentations and workshops will be scheduled between Friday 12th and Saturday 13th March 2027. In submitting your proposal, you commit to being available on those two days.

    Costs of attendance

    Presenters must register for the conference by 1st January 2027. Presenters cover all costs of attending the event (travel, accommodation and conference registration fee).

  • Academic Integrity & Non-commercial content

    Please note that the primary focus of all presentations must be academic, aimed at contributing to the body of knowledge in the field.

    Presentations must not include direct or indirect promotion of products, services or commercial entities.

    Any references to specific products, services, or technologies must be clearly disclosed as necessary for the academic discussion and not for promotional purposes. Presenters must avoid using company logos, branding, or promotional materials within the presentation materials, except where these are part of the academic content (e.g. case studies).

  • Proposals must include a jpeg photo of the speaker/s. Your photo/s will be included in the conference programme.

  • We particularly encourage proposals that are jointly delivered by representatives of 2 or more Eaquals member institutions, working in different contexts and/or teaching different languages.

    • Focus on language learning from the perspective of several different languages and/or different educational contexts
