Ludka Kotarska appointed Eaquals Director of Accreditation

Ludka KotarskaLudka Kotarska, former Chair of the Eaquals Inspections Subcommittee (as well as of the Association) and a very experienced inspector, has been appointed to succeed James Douglas as Eaquals’ Director of Accreditation, Training and Consultancy.

Ludka has been involved in English language teaching and training for over 30 years. She has worked as a teacher, academic manager and language centre director. From 1995 till 2014 she was the Managing Director of ELS-Bell schools in Poland.

She has been active in Eaquals for 20 years as an inspector, Chair of Inspections Sub-committee, a special adviser and Chair. She has led training sessions for inspectors, been a keynote speaker in international education conferences and contributed to the development of a number of quality assurance schemes.

The Eaquals Board believe that this appointment gives opportunity to move forward positively in this area. It will provide continuity in our accreditation scheme, as well as an opportunity to develop Eaquals’ consultancy and training services.
