“Our EAQUALS Gold Star, Azra Radaslic, is an invaluable member of our organization. She has been working for our school as a teacher and an administrator for more than 15 years. Azra has personal qualities that make her well-suited to leadership. She is a natural “point person” that many of us go to with questions.
As many schools, currently we are also working very hard to offer our students a high-quality, equitable distance learning experience. While our teachers are grappling with teaching remotely and trying to figure out how to translate classroom curricula into engaging virtual lessons, Azra is always ready to lend a helping hand to her colleagues. She is not afraid of taking risks and has been working extremely hard to find the most suitable online teaching and assessment tools/platforms for our students. Her farsighted personality enabled her to act very quickly and adapt all administrative & academic procedures to the current situation so that our teachers and students have clear guidance about the changes in our system. Azra’s motto is “We will work together to make online learning work for our students”. In short, Azra deserves to be our Gold Star and we are very lucky to have her.”
