Charters & Eaquals Guarantees for accredited members
The four Charters for Accredited Members form the basis of the Eaquals accreditation scheme. During inspections, criteria and indicators relating to each of the clauses in these Charters are reviewed and assessed by inspectors.
The General Charter
The General Charter sets out the general and ethical responsibilities of the accredited institution.
The Course Participants’ Charter
The Course Participants’ CharterĀ lists the undertakings that accredited institutions make to their students, especially in terms of educational considerations and the delivery of courses.
The Staff Charter
The Staff Charter contains specific standards relating to the employment and management of personnel at accredited institutions.
The Information Charter
The Information CharterĀ is a clear statement of the rules that accredited members must observe when preparing information and advertising and making this publicly available in electronic or printed form.
