EAQUALS ONLINE 2025 – CALL FOR PAPERS

Building quality foundations – from theoretical frameworks to practical applications.

Eaquals Online 2025 will be taking place on 10th and 11th October 2025. This event is an opportunity to engage with and exchange expertise and best practice in the field of language teaching and learning at a global level.

This year’s theme is “Building Quality Foundations – From Theoretical Frameworks to Practical Applications.” The event will highlight key language education frameworks, including:

• The Eaquals Academic Management Competences Framework
• The Eaquals Framework for Teacher Development and Training
• The Eaquals Framework for Language for Academic Purposes Teacher Training and Development
• The Cambridge ELT Sustainability Framework

We’re inviting proposals from Eaquals members (accredited, associate, and individual) who are using or have used these frameworks and can offer practical insights into how they work in real-world settings. We’re particularly interested in hands-on topics and case studies relevant to the wider international education sector. Presentations are welcome in all languages.

Presentation format:

• 45 minutes total (approx. 40 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)

Proposals should:

• Show how one of the frameworks was applied or adapted

• Include practical solutions for participants to use in their institutions
• Explore trends and developments that are relevant, current and applicable

• Be applicable across multiple languages or educational contexts
