Eaquals Welcomes Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University to Its Community

Eaquals is pleased to welcome Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University School of Foreign Languages (RTEU SFL) as a new Higher Education member of our international community. The School, based in Rize, Türkiye, has offered language education since 2011 and runs English Preparatory Programs across all faculties.

RTEU’s School of Foreign Languages stands out for its student-centred, CEFR-aligned curriculum. Instead of relying on single exams, the School takes a process-oriented approach and tracks students’ progress throughout the year. This approach helps learners build their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in a steady and practical way.

Each student is seen as an individual with the potential to create value, and that philosophy runs through the heart of the School’s work. Learners are encouraged to participate actively, think critically, and collaborate with one another, to achieve their goals.

Behind this success is a dedicated team of teachers, strongly committed to ongoing professional development, integrating technology-enhanced learning, and using up-to-date online platforms to increase language exposure. Their approach reflects a genuine belief in lifelong learning, for teachers as much as for students.
