Classroom Impact Seminar at MSKÜ SFL
The Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University School of Foreign Languages (MSKÜ SFL), an Eaquals-accredited member, will host a classroom impact seminar on 24 April 2026. The event is supported by the Eaquals Member Event Fund.
This one-day event is designed for teachers at all stages of their careers. It focuses on practical classroom challenges, professional development, and collaboration between colleagues.
A practical teacher development seminar
The classroom impact seminar will take a hands-on approach. Participants will not simply listen to presentations. Instead, they will work in small groups and explore real classroom questions together.
Teachers will share their own experiences and discuss what works in practice. The outcomes from each group will then be brought into a panel discussion, creating a shared space for reflection and exchange.
Focus on collaboration and classroom practice
A key aim of the event is to strengthen collaboration between teachers. By working together, participants can reflect on their teaching and gain new perspectives.
The seminar also highlights everyday classroom realities. It looks at how teachers manage workload, maintain motivation, and continue developing over time.
Supporting teacher wellbeing and resilience
The programme also includes a session led by Sena Akyol, teacher trainer and educational consultant.
This session will explore emotional intelligence and teacher wellbeing. It will focus on recognising emotional triggers, responding to challenges, and maintaining long-term professional resilience.
