Teacher Well-being: Join sustainED 2026

Creating Schools Where Teachers Can Thrive: sustainED 2026

How can schools create environments where teachers feel motivated, supported and psychologically safe? How can educators recognise and prevent burnout? And where does individual responsibility end and institutional support begin?

These are some of the questions at the heart of sustainED 2026, taking place on 19 November 2026.

Organised by The Bridge Engish Language Centre in Slovakia and supported by the Eaquals Members Event Fund, sustainED 2026 brings together education professionals to explore sustainable approaches to teaching, well-being and professional growth. The programme includes a panel discussion on teacher well-being and workplace sustainability, followed by practical workshops covering creativity, cognitive skills development, effective work habits, extensive reading, classroom improvisation and reflective journaling as a tool for professional development.

At its heart, sustainED 2026 recognises that sustainability in education goes beyond environmental responsibility. It is also about supporting people, encouraging lifelong learning and building school cultures where both educators and learners can flourish.
